Action Sports TrampolinePosted on March 24, 2010. How many Olympic medals in Beijing, China had subjectively judged sports? In subjectively judged sports, I mean sports that are earned based on points awarded by judges, as opposed to events that can be timed, measured and identified actions of rating. For example, boxing, diving, synchronized swimming, gymnastics, trampoline and fighting sports are subjective. Events such as athletics, baseball, volleyball, soccer, weightlifting and all races are not subjective. I would also put up fences and dressage in the subjective category. So who has the answer? Baseball, volleyball, football and association ("soccer") are just as subjective as the fight. When a pin or a drop of 5 points occurs, everyone knows. There are controversies in the fight, but there are many controversies in baseball to see if someone is or safe, volleyball, whether a ball is in or out, and in football or not a fault or offside occurred. Forgot baseball, softball, basketball and under events subjectively scored. Call for balls, strikes, and faults. There are judges of volleyball, as well, whether or not the ball is out of bounds or if a double-tap is committed. Of course, there are also judges to track events that determine whether riders stayed in their lanes or not. All measures in the field events are conducted by officials. Even in swimming, it must be someone keeping tabs, making sure the swimmers are the forehand and do not commit illegal towers. China won 25 gold medals in judged sports (51 total) Not all sports are concerned human judgments subjectively? Why events with the referee does not count? They can not biased too? If you do not like the idea of judges, then do not have the athletes to these events, then you will not have any concerns, you. Aha CommentsThere are no comments.Leave a Comment |
