Stress is all around us from the home office and even recreational activities
Let's take a look in 9 simple steps that I learned from the book and my own experience that can help reduce or eliminate stress.
Step # 1
Relaxation Break
Most of us work in offices or at home. Give yourself a break by
close your eyes with a blank mind, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Each
break a period of about 2-3mins.
Step # 2
Get enough sleep
Sleep is important for the body to get the required 8-9 hours of sleep that the body needs
Step # 3
Exercise
simple physical activity of exercise will help relieve stress. Whether swimming,
running or even aerobic dance. It allows everyone to relieve stress.
Step # 4
Talking about your problems
Talking about your problems with colleagues, friends, counselors or medical
occupational stress issues or problems with.
Step # 5
Aromatherapy
The use of aromatherapy oils can help you as fills the air with scents that stimulates and liberates
mind and stressed body.
Step # 6

A balanced diet is important so please stop eating junk and drinking too often because it affects
body system.
Step # 7
Fun Time
Give yourself time fun day with children, pets or even just watching a
great TV show.
Step # 8
Setting Goals
Set goals simple to achieve success and to assess or evaluate them later to see where
getting up for that u can still improve.
Step # 9
Smile
Last but not least DO NOT SMILE! I often do when I feel stressed. I have my own
saying: "A smile one day takes a lot of worries away" It helps if you try.
Go through and try to test them for yourself. I use them as I find the most effective
me. Add what you know with no good or bad manners, but the means of your
help alleviate or reduce stress.
In summary, remember the 9 steps that I use are Relaxation Break, getting enough sleep, exercise, talk about your problems, aromatherapy, diet, Fun Time, set targets and finally Smile (which brightens your day)
