Child Mini Trampoline

Posted on February 14, 2010.
Child Mini TrampolineMini Trampoline for 2 1 / 2 years? Anyone use one?

Our doctor suggested to get a mini-trampoline for our very active 2 1 / 2 year daughter to work on some of its surplus energy. I thought it was a strange idea that I read two books "inspired" the children it is an idea suggested.

So I wanted some options trampoline and noticed there are two types. One with a bar, they can cling to each other and the typical mini-trampoline. The business market with a bar at age 2 +, but my concern is first to the bar itself. Me think that the bar would be more dangerous because if they slipped they could hit his chin on this bar? On the other hand those who do not support - your child could not bounce out of control and hurt themselves this way too?

My child is very coordnated which is a little more comforting to me.

My question is for those who have a trampoline for their children - What is your experience? Suggestions? Tips?

Try this site to Toys R Us This is a mini-trampoline, but it is still closed with foam in bars. My daughter is also 2 1 / 2 and she likes the neighbors trampoline big and I think we'll be getting his Christmas present to put inside it will be too cold to go on the Big One on the outside. She spends about 2 hours each day on the outside. They get plenty of exercise and tons of energy use ... and they will love you for it too: o)

You have other options rather than making standard trampoline. There are some that like a mini-version of a house are inflatable with inflatable cushion all around. Here is a selection of trampolines good years. ... http://www.backtobasicstoys.co Flag

My daughter loved the trampoline from the age of about one! We have two kinds - one with a bar and a "normal" one in the garden (make sure you get a circle with a safety net if your child does not fall!)
I highly recommend a trampoline as my daughter has had hours and hours of fun with it! and continues to love! Its great for adults too!

I agree with the above post that says to buy the mini-trampoline with bar. Then just purchase pipe insulation at your local hardware store and stick it there if you want more padding.

If possible, find a much bigger trampoline. We bought one for our boys last Christmas and found many sports academy ... we got a 14 '(they are available if small) with the case for $ 250 ... They last too long ... and fun for adults! Just an idea = P Good luck!

My son Thomas has autism, he is nine now and has had since he was 3ish ... he loves it now has a foot 14 and 8 feet side by side is happy to move from one to another and to exercise such a product, the hospital commented on how strong his muscles are back!
Why not make your daughter with a safety net around its great for kids!

The mini tramps are good for children with "energy booster". The one with the bar is the best for children that young. The only thing they should be used under close supervision for exactly the reasons you are concerned.

Yes, a trampoline is a great idea for a child of tender age. I think that with the bar would be best if you're looking for in a mini-trampoline inside. My oldest when she was a little about 3. We then upgraded to 8 feet o.
