Is Bodylastics home gym, a good solution for you carry in your home?

Bodylastics Home Gym vs Health Clubs

Perhaps you, like some of my friends think that the best way to get fit is to join an expensive health club. But gyms are not cheap in most of the Northeast, they cost about $ 1,000 per year.

I do not know about you, but it's a lot of money!

I was recently invited by a friend of mine to take a look at the gym Bodylastics home.

Indeed, it is very similar to a set of dumbbells in that instead of adding plates, you simply add additional exercise bands. Over 7 Bodylastics elastic can be attached to a single handle, allowing you to create 15 to 94 levels of tension.

Whether it's better than a Bowflex or TotalGym is really the individual. Clearly, gym Bodylastics home is much, much cheaper than the other two systems.

The resistance that you get from bands is very smooth, and you can do 140 exercises do not make this very strong competitor, in my opinion.

Gym Bodylastics home could well be the alternative to an expensive exercise machine.
