Fender Strat Olympic White

Posted on April 1, 2010.
Fender Strat Olympic WhiteBeauty and versatility, a Fender Stratocaster Eric Clapton series

Let me start by saying, as a kid of 11 years, I was trained for four years in classical guitar by one of the best. His name was George Yeatman and he was a disciple of Aaron Shearer (The father of modern classical guitar training). I took lessons very disciplined classical to the first time I heard Jimi Hendrix in the mid 70s. Right then and there I decided to put on my 1954 Gibson classical guitar and never touch it! Although some personal nostalgia is still in my possession.

After many moons of a life without a rhythm guitar scratches, it was about 3 years when I decided to take guitar lessons again with a guitar teacher and acclaimed by critics, Richard Mac. It is truly a world class player and excellent teacher to play any kind of music even if I'm studying the blues. Currently, I play the electric guitar and the whole system of things, I'd probably not as good as some people say or even my Mac teach Richard, said I am. I like to hear nice things about my game like everyone else, but wide acceptance is difficult to find in this day and age.

The story of how I came across my first Stratocaster started when my guitar teacher Richard came across a Black Eric Clapton Artist Series Start at a pawn shop for a really good price, and for some strange reason, it appeared most concerned about this guitar in particular. In fact, I've never seen him pass so quickly again Richard (with the exception of his fingers), I knew what would happen. He bought the guitars. Surprise!
That's how I came across this great Fender Stratocaster guitar.

My resistance was low and I had to buy a new Fender Stratocaster Eric Clapton Custom Artist Series for me. I immediately got on the internet and went to the site and bought Musicians Friend, which was a great experience. This was my first purchase online guitar and I'll never waste gas and time again against trafficking to buy a guitar from a music store.

Most local music stores are small and they rarely what you want anyway! I enjoyed browsing friend the musician is free, no interest for one year credit card and MF satisfaction guarantee of 45 days. It does not get easier or better than where you are looking to buy a guitar.

I'll start with the first thing that struck me when choosing this beautiful ax. He has the perfect neck soft V-shaped maple wood that feels like someone has especially for me, and form V is a narrow neck and a little further than the stock neck which makes it a dream play. It has 22 frets Vintage style and perfect 9.5 "Radius (241mm). I can play my weird Jimi Hendrix agreements much easier and better on this guitar and how I use really light brand DR Strings Pure Blues . These strings last a really long time, have pure tones and are easy to bend.

Fender neck several different forms and is particularly cool of Fender to try to size guitar neck fits all forms of hand. For example, Stevie Ray Vaughn (who had enormous hands) was a special form called neck boat neck while rocker Eddie Van Halen, Wolfgang used the neck shape. Undoubtedly, there is a pass first available that can fit your hand. Jimi Hendrix used everything he had at the time, but it was a VoodooChild guitar and had outdoor play area with a perfect ability freaky fingers and big, long. He was left handed player and he played a right handed guitar upside down.

The guitar body is Alder-wood and wood is relatively light and has great tonal qualities. It is a mystery to me, but this guitar has a great sense of balance for her too. It is white Fender Olympics and it is a polyurethane paint which means it is durable and will last long. .
