Fitness ScheduleWhats a schedule of fitness for a good little girl 12 years?

Im 12 and want to lose weight im 5'0 123 pounds, is it have fitness timetable could give me to do everyday? like what food, what should I do to exercisng, stuff like that, and what time should I wake up and go to bed at night? I heard that account on your weight.
I hope I get good answers! I really want to lose weight.

eat well, make sure you eat breakfast, I know it sounds corny
but it is a part of good nutrition and fitness. It need not be a great breakfast, a few bites. Join a sport or some kind of physical
activity at school, they are intended. The more you learn to disciplined and consistent.

Waking up and going to bed at certain times should not affect your weight loss, more than you sleep in less time than you have to lose weight! Just walk at a steady pace - not too fast, not too slow - for 30 minutes. Do that every day until you are comfortable with that, and then time of 45 minutes.

But whatever you do - do not think that because you excersized you enjoy it! You're no dog, so do not feed yourself every time you do something well.

at the age of 12 years, you should not be too concerned about your weight because your body is still evolving. not too distracted by "fitness." simply maintaining a healthy lifestyle in general. I suggest you follow a fitness program. I really think you should go out and participate in an activity or a team can be something that gets you out and active for a good 1-2 hours a day. your school have any sports teams? In addition to this, reduce spam as fast food. With regard to sleep patterns, get a good 8 hours of sleep due to lack of sleep affects your weight and your general health.
