Gainesville Gym

I live in Gainesville, FL area, and I try to start hitting the gym, anyone know of any good that are not expensive for a membership in the area?

I know a little on the campus of the UF, but you must be a student at UF to use, if you are I'm sure they are free. If not I would say looking at Gold's Gym website or Fitnes Vally website to find their location in Florida. It must be one in your area.

I go to the huge gym on campus, Southwest Rec Center, more than three years. It's huge, has many basketball courts, a large cardio room, weight room even larger. They have tons of fitness classes Group. It's free for students and spouses of students. It is $ 400 for a one year subscription, which is pretty good compared to other gyms, especially when you consider all the facilities of the Southwest.

There is no gold or Bally's Fitness in Gainesville, but there is Gainesville Health & Fitness (ghfc.com) and Alter Ego (alteregofitness.com) even if I did not experience with one of these gyms.
