Golds Gym Bedford

Any help for me? As a legitimate means to obtain it, or where I can get one, near Bedford, Ohio? I already beat the Elite 4 and all gyms (including Kanto gyms), but not yet defeated Red (new game started a few weeks ago, only play when bored). Any help you guys?

As far as I know Game Genie just give advice and help on the game, but actually allow u to cheat.

In Pokedmon Gold there is no legitimate way to get Celebi, except for trade with another player who could it have a different version. There is a problem that u can fight Celebi at the beginning of the game without pokemon or Pokedballs then u automatically die ... no fun
