Google Calorie CounterThe calorie counter best website?

Hiiii,

What is the best place to count calories in food?
I told them google, but there were many,
and each site gives me different numbers!
What is the most accurate??

I really http://www.nutritiondata.com/ had everything I looked up to.
Hope it helps you too!

www.mypyramid.gov i used to calculate the calories I ate for a nutrition project I worked on the school of nursing. It is also the only site that my manual says so I assumed it was good and I really liked.

just click on the MyPyramid Tracker and sign up. it's free.

although I'm not really a fan of counting calories, but

USDA pyramid use my website
After you register, enter all the foods from your diet base. The program will then analyze the nutrient content of your days. You get a full breakdown on the number of calories you ate, how much fat, protein and carbohydrates in your diet has been, and specific nutrients like fiber, vitamins and so diverse.
