When it's time to get fit, burn the books that have accumulated during holidays or build muscle from the beach, most people think of going to the gym and using gym machines. After all, when you walk into your local gym and see all the facilities brilliant, it is impressive. How not to get fit, burn fat and increase muscle mass?
However, in my opinion, bodyweight exercises are a better choice for your fitness, fat loss and building needs physics. But what happens is, decisions are made based on how much money they can do, not how they are useful. And the machines are using a perfect fit.
Establish a series of machines and members of gymnastics through the circuit as an assembly line and they will be improved at the end. Sounds great, but this is not the best way to train ... even if it allows the gym to increase its membership.

When you practice and train, your body makes changes because of the emphasis on it. It will build muscle, burn fat, improve cardiovascular function, so if you are better prepared for the activity in the future. But here's the thing. The improvements in your body is specific to the activity. So when you train on machines in the gym, your body will better training on machines in the gym.
In the real world that you are not attached to a machine and asked the representatives to make a move abroad to natural growth. From the standpoint of performance, bodyweight exercises are a better choice for improving performance you can actually use. And physical improvements are also visible.

When you use your own body weight for resistance, you are training yourself better in the real world. After all, exercise is on the move ... not muscle. And when you use body weight exercises, you are training your body to move better.
