Gym TimetableWhat u think the timetable or what good gym or not?

I'll do this calendar every 3 days

2 hours per day
Mon and Thursday - 2 hours
10 Min Treadmill
10 min rowing machine
50 min weight lifting - the biceps, triceps, forearms No
30 min punchbags
10 min 1 cycle
Round 2 10 min

hours on Tuesday and Friday 2
10 Min Treadmill
10 min rowing machine
50 min weight lifting - Shoulders Traps No Return
30 min punchbags
10 min 1 cycle
Round 2 10 min

pm on Wednesday and Saturday, 2

It depends on a multitude of things. Most fitness trainers will ask you what are your goals when you go to training. Whether it is weight loss, staying fit, muscle mass, increase strength, etc. Once you determine what your goal then it will be easier to answer your question.
