Gym workouts .......? I think you subscribe to the gym for about a month to try it. I really want to work on my legs, buttocks, stomach and give me more muscle.
What kind of workouts should I do here to make this work?
Add HIIT to your schedule!
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is cardio performed at such an intense level that your body will spend the rest of the day expending energy to recover from the ***- kicking you gave her. This is commonly called EPOC (excess oxygen consumption post-exercise) and that means you consume much more oxygen to recover from the workout as you would if you just do a workout at the equilibrium.
This means you will burn up to nine times more fat while sitting on the couch later that night you would have if you had spent an hour on the treadmill at a moderate pace.
Obviously, I speak of intense training. You'll need to push you out of that comfort zone that you have the habit of yourself and really challenge. If you're willing to do that, however, I can guarantee that you will spend less than half the time you normally do on the machines and get much leaner in the process.
When you work on your legs it works the muscles of the stomach also.
