The YMCA is a place for kids to find many programs for various fitness. When people think of fitness, they think of exercise such as running, jogging, and even swimming. What most people do not even think a fitness program as gymnastics. Gymnastics is very popular, and children can start as early as six months. Some people think that this type of fitness program is for girls only, but it is open to all. Some athletes have gymnastics as a child or an adult. It keeps the body flexible and strong and the promotion of bone health.


Five years old gymnastics


There are four groups in the gym when you are five years old. There is no Parent Program "Tot six months to 2 years Tumble Tots for three years, Tumble tips for four years, and Twisters machine for five years. This type of fitness program for children begins when they are young, and may continue into adulthood, if they like what they do.


As a child reaches six months, they can easily begin to learn the basics of gymnastics. The first category is more fun than something else. As they grow and advance in the different classes, they begin to learn tumbling and other activities mat.


Girls and boys aged six years or gymnastics


He is a child of six or more class for girls and for boys in most places. This fitness program is for those who have had a little gym before or just beginning. Children in these groups are beginning to learn how to make more moves on the carpet, then on the balance beam. These classes will continue until the child enters the invitation programs if they have successfully completed their routine.


Boys and girls will be in different programs as they learn various movements on the beams, rugs and other sports equipment at this point.


Gymnastics Invitation Only


The invitation-only gym is for children who have excelled in previous years in gymnastics, and want to continue learning for more serious competition. These two groups are called Hotshots and surges. Currently, the program of fitness becomes more difficult with hours of work and dedication.


Many children keep the completion of the gym until early adulthood or they move into the school dance. Both offer fitness programs and help keep the body healthy.


If your kids need something healthy to do or they need some type of fitness programs to keep them active, gymnastics is just one of the programs they can participate and perhaps even benefit adulthood. It is a program that will keep them flexible and helps to strengthen bones and muscles. During the fitness program, children need to eat properly and have a daily intake of protein and other healthy foods. Not only does the YMCA offers these programs, but also many other cities have fitness centers that can offer gymnastics for children.
