Gymnastics Instruction

Posted on January 29, 2010.
Gymnastics InstructionI have gotten interested in gymnastics, but do not have $ to start classes, I would like to receive an education?

if you have any ideas? it can be like a PE teacher or somethng few ideas im afraid because doing any stunts without instruction.
Thank you

Go to local.yahoo.com and search for instructions on the gymnastics area. check all websites, and go to the gym. see and compare all the prices. if they are all expensive then check if they have "open gym" and just go to open gym whenever you can. it is best to get instruction and practice in a safe environment. usually open their gym will be a coach or two there and maybe you can talk with them and ask them to help you. open gym usually costs $ 2 - $ 10 for 1-2 hours.

it is not so good idea, but if you can exercise in a barrel or a soft place in a U-tube there are videos that show exactly how u do stunts
