My brother is in prison Mixed Category B (HMP Peterborough)

He is a recidivist - ceases to be arrested for war, and also for possession of drugs.

What is the difference between the different categories? I know that criminals are dangerous, but Class A person convicted of minor offenses, be considered a security risk?

Prison can do them good. My fiance was always in and out of trouble when he was young and has always given a fine or a conditional release. He finally did something that the judge ruled justified a prison sentence and gave him 15 months. He only served 5 of them and although he said it was relatively easy at home, he hated being away from me and vowed to stay out of trouble. True to his word, 7 years later, it was not difficult since:) He got a job shortly after the release was in the same company since. We have 2 kids now so it is even more determined to "behave" as he does not want our daughters to grow up with Daddy work 'away'.
