Home Gym Exercise ProgramI am looking for an exercise program DVD to do at home is fun and works.?

I live in the middle of nowhere and the nearest gym is far enough. I am eager to begin an exercise program at home that is not only fun (and not boring after a while) and one that works. I want to concentrate on my article and mid-thigh, but also to a drive together. Suggestions? Thank you in advance!

try Denise Austin I like Pilates Hit the Spot video b / c you can customize your personal training. try to listen to music while you do it or you go to a race to make it more "fun"

There are many, it really depends on what you like. I saw the infomercial for Turbo Jam, Core Rhythms, Yoga Booty Ballet and then critical research on them. All had good reviews so I then went on eBay and buy them cheaper than via their own website.

Turbo Jam is intense and has a lot of AB and leg work (a lot of kickboxing moves too). The starter kit has 5 or 6 cardio workouts, including sculpture and a couple who are completely ab-centered. also comes with a diet to accompany him.

Core Rhythms is really different and focuses primarily on the ABS. It has a little exercise, a long session, and an additional Latin Dance DVD as the workouts are taught by two ballroom dancers. It also comes with a meal plan.

Yoga Booty Ballet has some cardio and some turn. Some of their workouts incorporate ballet moves for reinforcement, and a little yoga. There are a variety of workouts. Most are not real intense cardio, but you always feel that you have done something when you're done.

They are by far not all that exists. I also have a lot of workouts Denise Austin. Buns of Steel Crunch videos, etc., as I like variety so I do not get bored. I also walk, run, rollerblade, Trikke, dance, kayak and try to keep my weight under control and make it interesting.

Do a search online for more comments or exercise video reviews video training. What you read may help you decide what may work for you.

Turbo Jam! It's really fun and works very well. (I assume you are a woman) Also, belly dancing is a big belly, hips and thighs workout. It is sensual and a great exercise to do at least once a week to bring you back to your femininity. Many of these workouts are so pumped testosterone (even those headed by women) to understand that this is something to be a famous woman. You must include a little yoga too. It allows you to balance and increases flexibility which reduces the possibility of injury during workouts more intense.
A video kickboxing kickboxing is my favorite Denise Austin power. It will kick your ass, but in the right direction. I've included some websites for my suggestions give more details. Do not forget to check Amazon.com if you decide to buy anything. You can usually get these things really cheap there. Good luck!

If you're daring enough, try to find Carmen Electra Strip Series ... it really works the thighs and buttocks and you can use the moves elsewhere! It offers 3 routines usually by DVD. Check it out!
