Iron Man GymPosted on January 16, 2010. Whats a good plan workout? I have a gym lifting iron man? I used to go to a gym, but I had to cancel my membership recently. I want to continue to work on. I am 17 and about 145. I have one of those things fitness iron man, its basically a strange pull up bar and a dumbbell of up to 35 lbs that I can do a lot of repetition because it is.
