Cost of gyms. What do you think? I just recently joined Jackie Skelly Fitness in Dublin and I wonder if you think that a‚¬ 56 per month is expensive. It includes a gym, free swimming pool, aerobics classes and others and a few visits with a personal trainer
It really is about average, but the problem is that I think the average is a scam. You can get much cheaper if you shop, or a‚¬ 25 to 30 per month, but you will renounce all personal trainer / classes / spa etc.
The problem is a gym just need a clean place with cardio equipment, weights and a pool, it does not need to have expensive ADF classes, personal trainers, the spas, cafes and beauty salons haidressers in them! (Which some do)! Just ask for the benefit of women! But these are the places that push all prices higher in all areas.
The big question is how much and how often you use it. If you go the gym 4 times a week, use the cardio equipment and weights, do a few a week, enjoy the personal trainer (no jokes! Lol) and use the spa and the pool to relax, then you will get your money's worth, but ask yourself if you do?
It's actually pretty cheap, I paid a‚¬ 19 for talking with a personal trainer for 60 minutes, then went to 25 euros when we actually bypassed using machinery.
Prices are usually 12 euros for 45 minutes, then I think you have a good deal.
It is a scam u live in the rite in England? in us its about $ 40 per month
