Living Well GymPersonal Trainer said: "how to choose a gym to join"

As a personal trainer and fitness professional, its my passion to help people in shape. One thing that can certainly help to join a gym though. But there are so many choices out there. It is the good, the bad and the ugly. Ugly because if you choose the wrong gym, you will be frustrated and may give up your fitness goals altogether! I do not want that to happen.

bad service, bad ethics, bad trainers, customer support evil, the refusal to refund purchases for valid reasons, the burden of customers who have already quit their contracts and so on ...

With all the bad press in the fitness industry is getting service recently about the poor, I thought I would talk about what makes a good good gym for people in Singapore (my hometown) and moreover does not begin to think that the fitness industry is a scam, and can make the right choices on their membership gyms.

"It's a shame that so many complaints were made about services, staff and the ethics of big gyms."

The way business was done in the large commercial gym chains is under way for a long time and complaints and poor reporting standards have increased over time.

"My role as a fitness professional is to help as many people as possible to their fitness goals. Boosting their health, helping to prevent disease and help living a life full and beautiful appearance. Frustration with poor standards, ethics and customer service in the fitness industry discourages people to stay fit and live their full potential. That makes me most upset. "

I will now explain how things are done in a fitness center coaching well managed.

"There are things that can be done to ensure that everyone that steps into our place was a positive experience and feels totally at home."

These are also things you can look for when choosing a gym or fitness studio.

Here's how a good gym is different from a sales oriented and money motivated gym that does not care about their customers.

During the process of selling ...

In a gym though, when a prospect is given a sales presentation, there has never sell "hard" at the end. Each visitor is asked what his goals are, showed a program that can help achieve these goals, and asked if they would like to join. There is never any pressure or obligation.

In a gym though they never use negative words like "Your body is in very bad shape!" To get a sale.

A gym will never be good to offer a high cost, leaving the customer to the market down. The cost to the customer must be very clear with no hidden meaning or expenses.

A gym will never be good phone or email people who do not want these calls. All communications are to people who have already asked to be called or contacted.

A gym shows many customers an agreement that includes a guaranteed 100% refund if they do what is asked, but are not satisfied with the results or the services they receive.

A good gym offers a free trial if the client wants to "try" before you buy. Again, no obligation or pressure. simply the best they can bring in terms of service.

When a customer signs up ...

A good gym will take them through a comprehensive assessment of body fat measurements, nutrition, photographs, test mining, testing, digestive, hormonal and genetic trends and movement detection and stances.

A good gym will individualize the program design and nutrition based on this assessment. They will never simply "show a person around the machines and call it a session. There is no cookie-cutter" programs that are "one size fits all". Because every client is different.

A gym that cares about helping you to coaching and correction of you.
