Losing Weight At The Gym

Posted on July 25, 2010.
Losing Weight At The GymSwim like a good exercise to lose weight using HP machines in the gym?

Or is it just that tone up? Is it better to lose weight at the gym and then go to the pool to tone up, or make no difference? Am I allowed to go to the gym twice a week and swimming twice a week?

Any form of exercise is better than no form of exercise. The advantage of swimming is that it is not bearing weight is so useful for people with arthritis, joint problems or especilly in the hips, knees and ankles. It puts less pressure on the heart of a complete workout Cardio. However, if you are fit and well, then the cardio work, then use the swimming to relax and refresh after your regular workout.

To lose weight, avoid heavy lifting, but concentrate on racing, rowing, cross training etc. that will burn fat and not replace large heavy muscle tissue.

err .. muscles will help you lose weight dumbass Flag

Chinwaggler In fact, building muscle does not help you lose weight or inches as the cardio exercise, muscle building is for toning and strength. Sure weight training burns calories, but you loose with the muscle and then muscle weighs more than fat.
So shut up and get your story. Flag

. Swimming pool combined with a weight training is a great way to get fit, but make sure to put in place gradually, not exaggerating when you start first. Swimming exercises every muscle in your body, those that you do not when you work in the gym. this will help you lose weight. But with swimming, it is important to build the length you do and try to do one more each time. Remember to ensure a healthy diet if you do all that exercise.
Take a look at this page http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/die ...

medical study has shown repeatedly that when swimming is the only source of exercise, it is less than the weight loss (fat loss) compared with resistance training, running or cycling. body fat analysis shows elite sprinters were 3-4% less body fat than elite swimmers while this may not seem like much, it is important.

for optimal fat loss, you must go swimming and weight training. hit the weight is 2 days and swim for 2 days. Ultimately the plan you follow will determine the level of body fat that you do not have the types of exercise that you share. exercise only provides stimulation for the muscles and central nervous system, your diet provides energy and nutrients ...

No, swimming is better for you, a better fate. The reason is simply because swimming requires you to keep the body in motion to avoid drowning (and more!), So tone your entire body - especially the legs and shoulders / arms. Naturally, it will help you lose weight - but, yes, you will eventually develop muscle.

Gym work - such as, for example, running - are of course good for you and helps you lose weight when linked to a good diet, but they set the tone of certain parts of your body. I heard that the two sports that you kick in the best shape are swimming and trampoline, to take up these two activities would be a good idea if you want to get in shape / lose weight (or both the same time, perhaps?).

And, yes, I think you'll be fine and good with the regime of gym pool twice twice. I highly doubt it.
