Preschool Gymnastics Equipment

I havework for this gymnasium belonging to the self for the past two months. Its a gym that started with this man and woman. I begin to wonder how they managed to stay in business for 7 years. I am a little older than themselves, and about 10 to 15 years older then their entire staff. So far, I observed:
1. lack of communication between them and employees.
2. The woman did not support the building during the hours he said they are open.
3. They rickety, old and worn equipment.
4. When I asked if they could buy new equipment for the preschool floor, they said they could not afford it.
5. The controls they use to pay us, come directly from their personal checking account.
6. They take advantage of the young staff (most of them do hired to do or not to honor their requests for leave)
7. Never answer the phone at work or home during the hours he is supposed to be open
It is not even half!
I wonder where all the money going?

Why work there?

Looks like it's time to leave. With your training and experience, you can probably open your own business. If you stay too long with incompetent people, it does drag your spirits down.

Come out, you can do much better if you ask why I'm still here, I realize after all these problems.You can not change them if you need to change yourself.Get there.They are half crazy.No surprising that you anxiety!

Well, I think it is a person Miricle was not injured. Most "Mom & Pop" businesses more efficient staff rags to save money ... They probably have their money in their house to their own savings account ... An unfortunate problem with these types of Business is more than just run a business and have no common business practices ...

People who have management training regularly find that managers they work for have no concept. Much of what you describe is the experience of my daughter in the hotel industry. Try to save enough money to open your own business. If they are as bad as you describe, then you will have no difficulty in securing business.
