Saddle Rock Gymnastics

Saddle Rock GymnasticsEverything turns on

People love cycling. Whether you are a very competitive or cycle for leisure, there is a method to act. Learning the proper way of doing things is an advantage in many ways. It supports the safety, durability and performance. The following article discusses the law of "turn." There are several factors that contribute to maneuver the bike. Some people with years of cycling experience has never taken the time to read and learn more about curves.

The science of turning.

Your center of gravity is of great importance. Surfers, gymnasts, acrobats, ballet dancers, and cyclists all depend on the manipulation of their center of gravity. Your center of gravity relative to your saddle is what turns your bike. The handlebars are often tagged as responsible for the shooting, but other than low speed, this is not the case. If you move the saddle to the left, the bike will lean and turn left.

driving a bike is equal to the control of your sense of gravity relative to the axis of the motorcycle.

There are some "forces" involved in the corners:

- Gravity, which is that you and your bike to the ground by pulling
- An opposition force, pulling in the opposite direction in which you turn
- Diagonal, the combination of these two forces meeting

Gravity remains the same, if other forces determine the flow of the tower:

- If you oppose increasing the strength of the intensity, the diagonal will be wider and more curved
- As your opponent reduces the strength or decrease the intensity, the diagonal is more comparable with the gravity or a straight line

The trick lies in your ability to operate efficiently to keep the center line of your bike in unison with the gravity and the opposing force while keeping the center line of your bike from one of your own center of gravity and direction to during which the tour takes you.

For proper technique:

- Sit relaxed on your saddle
- Digging tires in the ground a little traction
- Leave your bow to bike through the corner
- Keep the upper body and head down and inwards so that your head is just above the brake lever inside
- Keep a constant line in the corner-stone
- You and your bike will follow your eyes Look ahead into the corner to stay on course
- Try to go outside, inside, outside to "open up" the curve (If you are engaged in a series of corners, you must change your position to consider the multiple maneuvers)

Before you approach the corner:

Before turning the corner, reading area to come. Consider the road conditions before you lean in the corner:

- The road was wet
- Are there any other runners in the corner
- Are there other runners around me
- What is the surface of the road rock, sand, etc.

Remember, cycling is a dangerous sport. Use your discretion when Corning, especially in blind corners. The road conditions, obstacles and unexpected problems can occur at any time. Use caution.
