Salto TrampolineLearning to do a front flip as an adult?

Am 5'8 "and weighs about 165 pounds. I am athletic and I always wanted to learn how to flip a somersault before (before).

All gym classes that I have seen are for kids (I'm 28 years old). Someone told me to take the class trampoline, but I want to learn to switch on the ground (not on a trampoline).

Anyway, how can I learn to make the switch? Is there a category of Toronto, Canada's land that I can go to learn?

I taught gymnastics (children) for many years. I teach my adult (non-gymnast) brother to make a return if Handspring. So, you're never too old to learn. Before I teach a fall forward on the field I want to teach her on the trampoline. After you learn how to properly flip on tramp, then you can move it to the ground. Most health clubs have a trampoline so I would look for lessons. Some clubs are fitness classes for adults or some would introduce tuition for you with one of their coaches. I would look up gyms in your local phone book and just call and ask questions. I think people can do what they want. Just be prepared to do the hard work that goes with it. Good luck!

Yes. I'ma cheerleader and I can do a somersault "front", aka a downturn in the front or front punch. be ready to land on the buttocks and the first few times you will probably be painful. but you should be able to learn. just to warn you, because tumbling is not as easy as it seems. Is it easy once you can do the skills. obtaining skills is the hardest part. But a front punch is a skill rather easy.

to search Yahoo for cheerleading or gymnastics gyms in your area. then call them and ask if they offer any tumbling classes you could join.

im 22 and I never could. tried several times when I was younger

do not know if there r any classes there, but if you can do a flip handstand in crab simply do the same thing, but using all the weight back to start Ur you simply make a Practice makes perfect test

I wish I could
