Somersault Tri

Somersault TriHow do I make a good lap pool at the end of each length?

You know how the pros do at the end of each length. They return their bodies as they did a somersault in the water. Im doing a tri-athlon interior on Friday and I really need to understand everything because it shave much time off I'll be able to accomplish.
Thank you

When you arrive at the end of time having a length between you and hits the wall. Moving forward, falling head in the chest (I also suggest strongly to expire while you're around it stops water going up your nose will make you forget the rest of your pool, if c ' applicable) as you exit the pressure roll off sharply from the wall with your feet. Do not leave the water immediately, slipping along the water doing butterfly kicks until you top the water and then go to your race. This will knock seconds off your timing.

Good luck for Friday.

Tuck, but use your hands to roll forward. As you take your last shot, completing the race to your waist with the hand closest to the wall, but turn his hand to the wall midway (when he meets the other to come forward - a like using a canoe paddle to turn the boat by pushing it into the current). Flip your feet on the wall. Push YOUR BACK, then quickly run towards the belly - you can help this by taking your first shot with the arm which is on the side of the body is facing the bottom of the pool.

Considering you havent tried this before and you arrive at a triathlon, I'd say you omit the flip / turn machine. They can become very tiring over long distances as they reduce the amount of breath you can take, as opposed to an open tower.

Also, if not executed well you can dramatically slow down you spend time to get back in the same way!

If you have time to practice to see how it works for you!

LEARNING TOWER FLIP, you should be able to do a somersault. Practicing and getting up. If you can do that, then go to step TWO. When you pass, you must use your arms to PROPEL YOU AS YOU AND BALANCE FLIP. (You should ALWAYS use) Then, do one AT the wall, but only turn 3 / 4 THE WAY AND INSTALLATION your feet on the WALL. Mastering this, go to practice falling under the water and puching Off The Wall streamlined. But after your next repetition PUCH AND OFF slide, rotate to turn your stomach. Finally, INTEGRATING THE ENTIRE TOUR. FLIP FOOT PLANT, push OFF and streamlined look. IMPORTANT NOTE .... YOU NEED YOUR NOSE OUT AS expire you or send you the water in your nose and your sinuses hurt. GOOD LUCK!

When u come to the edge, pull your knees to your chest and before deployment. Kick the wall when you walk, it responds and you can start to swim back. Help if you hold your breath all the way through. Hope I was using a

You are a kind of "roll forward" tuck your knees when you're almost there, then (the practice will tell you when), kick off the wall and half-twist your body to get back into the correct position for swimming.

Prior to reaching the end of the pool, tuck with the knees, make sure your feet hit the wall and push off.
