I found that interval training is by far the most effective exercise for fat loss on the trampoline. It is becoming well known among educators that interval training is more effective for fat loss than an hour of regular cardio sessions used to be prescribed. Besides, when you have a program with a good variation, you have to focus on the different exercises that will take your mind off the heavy breathing and help you maintain a good intensity for maximum results!
