In the exercise for fitness, most people are trained to do resistance training for strength and muscle growth and cardio exercises for fat loss and energy. But it is a crucial component of fitness that is overlooked, even by the most fitness-minded: coordination.

Coordination is composed of three main elements: spatial awareness, timing, and balance. Like muscles, coordination can be worked and improved if you train properly. In addition, as the muscles, coordination can decrease and atrophy if you ignore it.

Good coordination is not only beneficial for Olympic gymnasts, because everyone uses a good coordination everyday. When you drive your car, open a door or walk into your office with files under one arm and a picnic in your hand, you use your coordination to spend your day.

But how do you improve this crucial element of fitness?

One of the most popular and effective training is on a mini trampoline also known as a rebounder. They come in a variety of sizes, depending on your fitness level and specific needs. There are also a number of fitness videos and books that teach you great workouts you can do on the trampoline. The scene on the rebounding specialist training has often proven to be much more effective than simply working on flat terrain.

Here's how a rebounder can help you in three main elements of coordination.

Spatial Awareness - Rebounders train your perception of space by requiring you to correct and return to the center of the rebounder you jump. Jumping on a trampoline inevitably your "drift" a little bit towards the edge. When your brain recognizes this fact and adjust your body so that you return to the center, you train to be more aware of the space around you. The more intense and rapid exercise, the more you must be totally aware of your environment to maintain balance.

Calendar - Bouncing on a trampoline for an aerobic workout is very rhythmic. You quickly learn to adapt your body to the rhythm bouncing. You will learn when and bend your knees time to communicate with your muscles for a perfect balance and rhythm. This greatly increases your sense of personal calendar physics over several sessions, which increases your reflexes and your overall coordination.

Libra - Another important aspect of spatial awareness is balance, and that is where the exercise on a trampoline can be particularly effective. Everyone needs a rudimentary balance to stand and walk around. However, training on a trampoline can take your sense of balance to the next level. Although trampolines are excellent for improving your coordination, their usefulness does not stop there. Because you engage in a repetitive motion with light resistance while training on a trampoline, you can get a great calorie burning aerobic workout. Because you work the lower body, it also acts as a great resistance training.

Trampolines are also interesting because they work at the fitness of each. If you are a beginner to training, you can get a rebounder who has a handle to help balance. As you progress and improve your coordination, you can simply remove the handle and continue to do your workout for more advanced exercise.
