Upstate Gymnastics

I live in the Finger Lakes region of me and my friend are both trying to learn how to do backflips front flips and other stuff like that, but we do not want to hurt you if we're looking for a place for gymnastics, but I do not = (Please helppp are 16 and 17.

You can try a class tumbling, if you want to learn simply returns because the gym is focused on events such as ALL the bars, beams, etc. .. but is just returns vault and tumbling orders.
