The first thing to have a plan and go with it, learn the different muscle groups and work on the days selected. This is my routine is Monday, chest and shoulders, biceps Tuesday and stomach, legs Wednesday, Thursday or Friday LVL is cardio, and Saturday or Sunday all over again. The reason I am doing this because I will not have to worry about training on certain muscle groups and it allows me to do as much *** possible to obtain adequate rest periods for big muscle gains.
